What is a Shaman?

My Buffalo Drum

A Shaman in its most fundamental and westernized terminology means Healer. However, all Healers practice different modalities, and some may not resonate with Shamanic specific techniques. Therefore, not all Healers are Shamans. This word is used often, especially in Boulder County, which in most cases is a great thing (as it speaks to the ancient practices being revolutionized to fit our changing world!), but it can also be a bit confusing. No, Shamans do not have to be from indigenous societies to be powerful practitioners and healers, although there are many that are. Shamanism stems back hundreds of thousands of years. We do not know exactly how far back, but it is shown in prehistoric cave drawings that there was reverence for the animals and people in the community.

Shaman also means “one who sees in the dark”. Shamans are frequently referred to as hollow; they act as channels for high vibrational Spirit energy to move through them for a specific purpose and intention. Shamans clearly see and heal through their ability to be heart-centered, present and open, yet humble and honest. Acting as hollow vessels for frequencies that we are typically closed off to in our everyday lives, Shamans are bridges between this world and the spiritual worlds. Shamans work closely with Spirit helpers and guides, power animals, angels, ancestors, nature beings and invisible forces to serve the highest good and benefit of all. They are highly intuitive and open to their psychic abilities by being connected to that which is greater. It is their mission to bring enhanced balance and ease to the people and life forms of Earth. It is also common for Shamans to work closely with herbs, rocks, minerals and other earthly spirits. A shaman knows and feels that there is a Spirit in all things and works to build “right” relationship with each.

Shamans understand the importance of ritual, community, ceremony and rites of passage. They were the original doctors back before we had Western medicine. Those in need would visit the Shaman for healing from everything and anything: physical symptoms, emotional pain, mental instability and more. Shamans understand that illness, disease, imbalance, pain and suffering are more complex than our modern society likes to think, however I do feel that this is changing. Shamans treat illness and imbalance on subtle levels, because they know that all physical things have a spiritual root. We would be silly to ignore the power of Western medicine today, but Shamanism can offer a deeper and adjacent route to address the ailment and provide positive, healthy change.

My Smudging Fan for Healing Work

There are many practices and techniques, including: Shamanic Journeys, Transmissions, Extractions, Soul Retrievals, Power Renewals and more. They also have many tools in their toolbox, not limited to: medicine songs, healing words, buffalo drums, rattles, feathers, herbs, plants, crystals and more.

Shamanic principles, practices and tools are available to all of us. You do not have to be called a Shaman to embrace the benefits! It is a way of life – to bring in greater harmony, respect, connection, truth, love and energy into the everyday. It is the path of direct revelation, meaning each person who lives a Shamanic life has their own unique experiences within it. It is not limited; there are no rights or wrongs; there are no rules. It is that of meaning and that of liberation. You and Spirit lead the way together.

I hope this information was valuable to you!

Wishing you a blessed & safe holiday, new year & new decade! XOXO, S

The Chakra System: Free Your Energy

Some of you that have attended my public yoga classes over the last 2 weeks know that we are Journeying through the 7 Chakras…very exciting! 😊 Each week, we will focus on 1 of the 7 energy centers that have their individual homes along your central channel, physically up and down your spine. This main energy channel is known in yoga as the Sushumna Nadi (Nadi meaning energy nerve). I like to refer to the central channel as our River of Life. When our Rivers are clear and flowing, limitless potential and possibly become our reality. We open up to higher pathways of being, doing, interacting, and loving. However, it is very common to have energetic blocks along our central channels that impact the everyday flow and ease of Life. These blocks are sometimes located in a specific Chakra, as each Chakra contains its own unique energetic properties and qualities. They build on each other to *eventually* encourage a fully grounded, creative, powerful, connected, expressive, imaginative, and divine human…Wouldn’t that be awesome?!

I love teaching the Chakras…because this subtle system truly shows us something new each and every time.

In every (I think) spiritual tradition, there is a common teaching of the complexity of our beings. In yoga, it is referred to as the Koshas, meaning “bodies” or “selves”. I like to feel into this such as, we have many layers to our beings that interact together for our greater wholeness. We know we are much more than our physical form.

Here is my interpretation: We have a Physical Body – which gives us access to manifested form and our 3D world. We have an Energy Body – which contains our circulating lifeforce and is directly connected to our breath. We have a Mental Body – which holds our thoughts and belief structures. We have an Emotional Body – which contains, of course, our emotions. And we also have a Spiritual Body – that which is eternal, connected to Source, Spirit and all that is.

All of these “bodies” are constantly working together for your greatest benefit – making you, you. Intuitively, they as a whole comprise your Field. Your Field is sometimes referred to as your aura, but I prefer Field, as it is different for each being. Your Field is the entirety of you; everything that lives in your current awareness bubble or plane. Your Field is flexible – it can expand and contract, hold onto outside energies and show you certain cycles/patterns about yourself. Shamanically, it is known that thoughts and emotions are things. Just because we cannot see them, touch them in this 3D world of form, does not mean that they are not real. Thoughts and emotions actually hold an immense amount of power to influence our everyday lives.

It is also known in the Shamanic world that every being has a unique Spirit or essence (even plants, rocks, etc). Each Spirit, like each Chakra, also has its own properties, qualities, teachings and “medicine” – that offer gifts of wisdom and healing to our earthly lives. If you open yourself to a specific Spirit (ex. your favorite tree in the backyard or park), you can then uniquely perceive it, work with it and deeply relate to it. We are so used to getting immediate satisfaction and being on sensation overload with our current societal advances and technology use, that we have forgotten how to use our inner senses to perceive and connect with things more subtle – like our energy, thoughts, emotions, Spirit and Nature.

Your Chakra System lives in your Energy Body. It governs the flow of your energy (otherwise known as lifeforce or prana) and has great influence over your other layers of self as well. We want free flowing energy! Your energetic lifeforce is responsible for the rhythms of your heart, cycles of your breath and other autonomous functions that sustain life in your body. And what is so beautiful about this system is that we can actually tap into it and begin to direct, clear, transmit, and upgrade our energy to a new, cleaner and more effective way of functioning. Isn’t that awesome?! And it is not out of reach!

Getting familiar with your Chakras is a great start. AND it serves as a continuous practice to come back to that will always bring you into deeper relation with your energy.

Until I see you or hear from you again, Be Well…and don’t forget to set intentions to enjoy the pleasures of the harvest this month! With Love Always, S

Women’s Work: Womb Healing

A women’s womb is like an oven. Old stuff can get stuck in there and keep cooking and cooking until it’s scraped and cleaned out. This stuff can be from so long ago we have forgotten that it’s even there. Or maybe we can feel it, but don’t know how to clean it. Ovens are exceptionally hard to clean at this point. Or maybe we can’t feel it because we have cut ourselves off (energetically) from the waist, heart or throat down – simply to survive and save ourselves from being hurt or taken advantage of.

A women’s womb is like a cauldron. Incredible amounts of magic and potentiality are created here, stirred around, grown into form and birthed into reality.

We store a lot of external energy in our wombs and tend to gestate on it – whether it is for the birth of a baby or for the holding of past traumas and relationships. And yes, these sometimes unhealthy energies that we hold onto can be from past lives or from the women that have come before you in your lineage.

We have forgotten what it is like to claim our sexual space as firstly ours, and instead – we offer it to everyone else to please, fulfill and interact in ways by which we have been told is what it means to be a women.

Wear makeup. Lose weight. Gain weight. Be sexual. Too sexual. Not sexual enough. Be good. Be bad. Dye your hair. Tan your skin. Get your nails done. Wear jewelry. Wear a dress. Take the pill. Skip your period. Shame your blood. Shame your lack of blood. Be quiet. Shut up. Sit down. Smile. Say yes.

🤯

YOUR womb (physically your uterus) is begging you to listen to her. She speaks to you in a language of PMS, hormones, cramps, pain, pleasure, blood, emotions, energy, creativity and power. It is so important to be connected to your womb center (more important and first before heart center!). Listen to her language! Is she telling you she needs some help? 🗣

It is time to commune again with your sacred place.

I am honored to officially offer Womb Massage w/ Shamanic Healing. Can You Let Yourself Love?

How often do we REALLY let ourselves Love?!

I came across this Universal understanding and participated in the Collective opening over the last weekend…I was blessed to have attended a powerful Womens Retreat in the mountains of Estes Park, led and organized by a great friend and gifted yoga leader, Brooke Coletta. The retreat was filled with Healers, Teachers, Mothers, Daughters, and Students to SHE (the Wild Woman). The group theme was all about deepening our relationship the Feminine, while letting ourselves nourish and nurture from the inside out. Shout-out to Brooke for being the fiercely loving and authentic leader that she is! I had the honor of facilitating a group Shamanic Healing with mini personal readings during yoga, as well as leading the Full Moon Ceremony & Journey on Sunday night (picture of altar above). WOW – I am still blown away by the depth, connection, and sisterhood that develops when we truly LET OURSELVES LOVE.

What is your relationship to LOVE? Is it easier for you to give than receive? Do you find yourself receiving more than you give? What would it take for you to deepen your relationship with this equally Earthly and Cosmic force that connects us to all that is? Where do you feel these words in your body?

To quote the Beatles… “All you need is LOVE.”

I hear you… “But isn’t Love supposed to be shared?” “What if I don’t have a partner to express my Love to?” “I feel numb inside…how am I supposed to fill up with just the energy of Love?”

Truth is, Love is a Universal energy that is available to us in every moment.

You can experience Love within the rhythm of your breath, especially receiving it as you drink in each inhale. Have you ever stepped outside and invited a BIG breath of fresh air deep into your lungs, heart and body? That’s Universal Love! You can bathe in the Love of Grandmother Moon as she radiates power in the night sky and encourages you to release and let go of your uncertainty, fears and doubts. Have you ever gazed in wonder at the moon and stars as they appear as light sparked in the darkness…or at the rays of the sun as they penetrate and illuminate the clouds? That’s Love!

You have all the power you need to feel Love in every action you take, every step you walk, even every physical experience you have through manifested form. This is the gift of being human. We are able to use our senses, inner and outer, to perceive and experience the Love of Life. Sometimes, because of conditioning and embedded non-truths, we forget.

Have you lost your sparkle that glistens in the early morning as you wake, emerging into the dawn of a new day? Have you forgotten what it feels like to be grateful as you close your eyes and rest at night, drifting into the dreamtime? Have you unintentionally deemed Love as something that is irrelevant and insignificant to your everyday Life?

Once felt, Love is expressed through the different actions we take – admiring nature, purchasing flowers, vocalizing feelings, showing up for someone in need, snuggling with a loved one or pet, and yes – through sex. But Love is not limited. It is not able to be contained or boxed when we are experiencing it through the unconditional, dynamic and infinite eyes of the Universe. The process of opening to Love is a constant.

In what ways can you open so that you are able to let MORE Love in?

This is definitely a vulnerable state to be in – to say the least – AND it is a practice that shows us something more, again and again. Our society likes to tell us that we must be tough, strong and closed-off, while hiding our authentic selves, in order to be accepted and loved by partners, friends, communities and the greater world. This is simply not true. Also, we have many celebrity rockstars leading the pack (like Billie Eilish and Lady Gaga) that give me hope for the changes that are occurring in our society.

Humans are on a desperate search for connection. We hold within us an innate, heart-felt desire to connect…to something!

Truth. Love. Energy.

These 3 Shamanic principles are coming through big time for us as both human and spiritual beings, crocheted into the collective Web of Life. We are all works in progress. You owe it to yourself, over anyone else, to let some Love in – as it is right for you!

Love is all around you – waiting patiently – for the Divine moment to crack you open in ways that you have only dreamt about. It is also true that any heartbreak, loss, grief, desperation, abandonment, etc. hollows you in a way so that you can eventually experience MORE Love, because there is newfound space for it to enter Mind, Body and Spirit. I personally believe that although these are generally undesirable pathways to get there, devastating emotions are some of the most effective conduits for connecting us to something Greater.

Your entire existence is rooted in Love. Can you let it in?

It is my sincerest wish that we all Love and let ourselves be Loved – by Earth and nature, by ourselves and each other, by the greater Universe and the Web that connects us all. And So It Is!

With Blessings & Love Always,

Look into my Eyes…What do you See?

Have you ever looked at yourself (in the eyes!) either in a mirror or in a picture? What did you see?

It is universally said that the eyes are windows to the soul. What is your soul trying to tell you?

I have found that is it helpful to do this practice about once a week – with an open mind. I prefer to use a photograph as it makes the process easier for me. Try out “reading” yourself through looking at your eyes. Intuitively, do you sense a color, feeling, experience, or something else linked to your eyes? Have no agenda, and try to be as objective as possible – as if you do not know who you are looking at. This helps us get into our reflective/intuitive part of self, instead of the rational/structured part that will not like this practice 😛

You could even reflect on past photos that you have taken (where your eyes are open and looking at the camera). Do you notice a difference from then to now?

What if you could capture your “now” eyes and compare them with your “future” eyes? What would change?

And a step further – if you could communicate with your “future” eyes, would they say something to you? Perhaps it’s a “don’t give up” or “you are so loved” or “you are perfect as you are.” Or maybe it’s a “keep moving forward” or “stay with it – all is coming” or “give yourself a break – you deserve it.” Perhaps it’s just a transmission of healing energy or a feeling. Your future eyes love your now eyes – that is for sure.

What if you realized you are supported in more ways that you know? Our soul, the part of us that is eternal, wants to be involved with our lives here on Earth. Is there something you are doing that could help this connection and relationship? Perhaps you have wanted to leave a “soul-sucking” job for a while now. Perhaps you promised yourself that you were going to make it to your yoga mat or meditation cushion, but it hasn’t happened. Perhaps you are yearning for a more solid relationship with your Spirituality, but you haven’t given it energy that is needed for development.

If we allow ourselves, we are always able to discern what is needed for healing, balance, and vitality – even in the more subtle parts of self (like our thoughts, emotions, and soul-self). The things that we are not able to see with our everyday eyes still have energy. How are you caring for yourself through your thoughts? What about your beliefs? Actions? Can you give yourself some space to feel – even if it is uncomfortable?

When we get comfortable, we can sometimes get complacent. We stop striving to be the best version of US that our future eyes KNOW is possible. Your future eyes want you to keep reaching for your potential, opening to the possibilities of the unknown…and to the best of your ability, welcoming the sometimes uncomfortable places in between. That is where the change, transformation, and transmutation is found. My guides like to call our present spot on Earth’s timeline “The Changing Times”. The world is going through a major up-leveling of collective vibration, which always means that we as individual souls are too.

Imagine looking at your future eyes again…the power, the luminosity, the freedom. What needs to happen to help you get there?

On the timeline of your life, there are moments that took or will take your breath away. Each of these moments are not guaranteed – because we never know when our “time” is up. Be kind to yourself. Be kind to others. We have all had difficult moments and experiences – but there are so many ways to continue growing and evolving alongside the current of life.

Most importantly and finally, LOVE your “now” eyes. <3

A Channeled Message: Open the Flood Gates

What if you could have everything you ever wanted?

What if you could open to the infinite potential within you – along with unlimited possibilities, hidden treasures, best-kept secrets, and more? Would you – if you knew you were also opening to long-forgotten memories, emotional undoings, and your deepest traumas? Would you take the risk? Would you open the flood gates – if you knew it meant manifesting visions, achieving dreams, and at the same time releasing heavy subtle-body (energetic, emotional, mental, spiritual) wounding? It is worth it? To have everything we desire, and more…at the cost of truly being with ourselves, at an incredibly vulnerable and deep level. To have one we must also have the other. Would you do it?

Life is constantly moving, changing, progressing…we know that and can attest to it. Sometimes along the way, while we are rafting or swimming or rather being tossed through our river of life, we can sub/unconsciously create dams or blocks. We are intelligent human AND spiritual beings, and our bodies hold onto and can therefore unlock the greatest wisdom of all. It is now actually being proven that generational trauma is a real thing – we can inherit and absorb trauma, karma, and past-pain from our family lineage and childhood environments, and keep it tucked away somewhere deep in our body until it is fully open, cleared and healed. The cells in our bodies remember, even if our minds do not. When the time was that we sub/unconsciously created these dams, it was for survival purposes only. In the midst of these long-forgotten memories, emotions, and woundings – we intelligently carved a new path, and journeyed along the shore around the dam, to continue streaming forward on our river of life. Now it’s years, decades, centuries or more later, and that dam still exists but now unnecessarily, and is impacting our intrinsic flow and our ability to dream, manifest, create, and achieve what our soul knows is possible for our present and future life.

Would you initiate your gates to open?

It doesn’t have to be in a life-shattering, earth-quaking, tsunami-unleashed way. It can be a gradual, ease-filled, spirit-supported, beautiful unveiling of who you are really are. Imagine setting yourself free from dams set up long ago, assisting your water of life’s onward flow, unlocking chains from your past, and connecting to your future vision, soul-self, potential and divinity.

Are you ready? Would you open the flood gates?

Gratitude Leads to Joy

It’s May already!

I am loving this transitional time of increased energy, activation, and action. The sunshine feels so good on my skin, and the warmth touches my soul. We are entering a time where everything is in motion; there is little left stagnant.

Roots are growing, seeds are sprouting, flowers are blooming, trees are blossoming, and we are rising too, in sync with life around us.

Perhaps you can feel yourself gaining upward or outward momentum to manifest your creations! Although, we must remain mindful that seeds do not manifest into trees or flowers or a full-grown vegetables overnight. We must honor our process that is the growth, accepting that it occurs in perfect time. Spring is a new beginning of sorts, much like when the sun rises in the East come every dawn. There is so much stirring around and within us…aliveness, excitement, joy!

I recently watched a Netflix special called “Brene Brown: The Call to Courage”. If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend giving yourself the time to. Brene Brown is a researcher and an author, and she has spent the past two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy. I love her down-to-earth and relatable personality.

A few topics stood out to me…

Through her research, Brene has interacted with many who have lost loved ones. She found out that what they miss the most about their loved ones is actually the most ordinary moments. They do not miss the extraordinary.

Also through her research, Brene discovered that some people have a hard time experiencing joy. When some people feel joy, it is counteracted by immediately thinking the joy will be taken away or replaced by something hurtful. She gave the example of a mother gazing at her child sleeping. The mother is feeling joyful and is overwhelmed with love for her child, but then has a sudden vision of her child getting very ill or even dying. She becomes fearful instead of joyful. In contrast, she found out that there is one thing in common for those that do fully embrace joy – Gratitude.

Gratitude Leads to Joy.

It is so common to strive for the extraordinary  – whether that be in your work, your business, your hobbies, your athleticism, your personal growth, your spiritual enlightenment… whatever it may be! Having passion and determination is great, but it is usually the ordinary and everyday moments that we end up taking for granted without even realizing it.

The moments that are ordinary hold the most magic and will be the most missed.

This is baffling and at the same time, liberating! Sure, the extraordinary will give you a boost when achieving dreams or healing miraculously, but it is the simple and the mundane that hold the power to bring us everlasting Joy. And if we invite Gratitude into our lives, it will surely carve the way.

Gratitude is the highest vibrational emotion we can feel. Energetically, Gratitude exudes outward from our heart spaces and ripples throughout the Universe like magnetic sonar waves, bringing us back abundance, love, and Joy. Gratitude, much like forgiveness, will always show us more. It will continue to expand our heart’s awareness and our ability to have thanks and to offer thanks. This is very important in order to live a fulfilled life. Gratitude teaches us over and over again how to be thankful for what we have, for what we have experienced, and for all of the ordinary day-to-day moments that we actually treasure dearly.

If we allow ourselves the proper permission to cultivate feelings of Gratitude, Joy is bound to follow.

What are you grateful for?

XOXO,

Shanin Weisberg

The Balance of Give and Receive

Happy April!

I’ve just returned from a road trip through the Southwest with my sweetie. We traveled through New Mexico and Colorado as we stopped to soak in healing waters and bathe in luminous rays, surrounded by the natural world! It was a mellow getaway spent with family and friends, and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to do so. You could say that I spent my time on vacation “receiving”.

The Balance of Give and Receive is SO important for the greater enjoyment, ease, and fulfillment of our lives on Earth. These two opposing (but complementary) energies can be witnessed and experienced simply as what we put out into the world and also what we take from the world.

You may also interpret Give/Receive as the Masculine and Feminine energies that exist within and without, above and below. Within us, we have this represented by the seemingly symmetrical sides of our Earth-Bodies. Our right side is our Masculine side – which I describe as active, outward, exertion, ascending, and giving. Our left side is our Feminine side – which I describe as passive, inward, healing, descending, and receiving. You may also interpret this through the spirit of Mother Earth below and the spirit of Father Sky above. Mother Earth is the ultimate representation of the Feminine, and Father Sky is the Masculine. Together they form two halves of one greater whole, much like our Earth-Bodies. In Chinese Philosophy, what I speak of here is widely known as the balance of Yin and Yang.

This balance occurs in every breath – your inhale meets your exhale, which then meets your inhale as the cycle begins again and again. Your inhale needs your exhale (and visa versa) to be a complete breath. Light and Dark, Sun and Moon, Earth and Sky, Strength and Surrender, Fire and Water… there are endless examples of the harmonizing opposition of Give and Receive.

Perhaps you feel called to one side versus the other. Perhaps you are more likely to Give rather than Receive or Receive rather than Give. Perhaps you spend your days in action, moving from inward to outward rather than resting, moving outward to inward. Or perhaps it is the opposite.

HOME PRACTICE: Have no judgment, resistance, or attachment as you engage in any of the following practices (contemplation, meditation, shamanic journey, yoga, dance, walk, journal, etc.) that feels like a match for YOU to gain clarity. Hold the clear intention in your heart space to discover how you are in relation with Give and Receive, and be open to experience your own inner wisdom. Perhaps you may even come to a revelation of how to gain greater balance of these two energies in your Life, because we certainly need both!

We as humans are always striving to find balance. This appears fundamentally when we become tired or feel energized, become hungry or feel full, or even when we are sweating or have the chills. Balance is always something that we are reaching for physically, energetically, emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually. This occurs every day, every hour, every minute – whether we are aware of it or not. There is also great wisdom to be said in that there is NO true, concrete place of balance! We are always ebbing and flowing at every moment to “find” it. If we can bring in more AWARENESS around what we need to “work on”, it will act as a powerful ally on our journey closer.

When in “right” relation with Give AND Receive, we will experience Life as truly satisfied, wholesome, and healthy beings! We are on our path towards it <3

Working with The Medicine Wheel

There are countless ways to practice with the Medicine Wheel. I do encourage an intuitive approach when working with spiritual symbolism, as we will all take something different from it. Trust your gut on how the medicine of the Wheel wants to work with/through you. Do not force, let this be a beautiful evolution (the evolution is part of the teaching, too! 😊).

Below I provide you with a simple Incantation to speak clearly to call upon the energies of the Wheel. You may face each direction as you go through the Incantation. It is important to note that you must embody a reverence for the Spirits (Energies) of the Wheel as you go through this practice. After, you may wish to dance or sing or free-write to soften the mind and let the energies of the Universe move through you. Notice how and what you feel. Remain open to receive the energies.  (You may also choose to draw the Wheel, meditate on the Wheel as a whole, or meditate on a specific section/animal/element/etc.) In Shamanism, there are no rules to what is right or wrong. How liberating! Enjoy.

Incantation:

“With respect and honoring, I welcome and call upon the Spirits of the East. I invite your powers and wisdoms to bring me clarity, perspective, intuition, and new beginnings.

With respect and honoring, I welcome and call upon the Spirits of the South. I invite your powers and wisdoms to bring me passion, determination, perseverance, and playfulness.

With respect and honoring, I welcome and call upon the Spirits of the West. I invite your powers and wisdoms to bring me renewal, rejuvenation, fluidity, and acceptance of the dark.

With respect and honoring, I welcome and call upon the Spirits of the North to bring me home. I invite your powers and wisdoms to bring me the knowledge, the abundance, and the Life I seek.

East, South, West, North – Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So be it! Aho!”

Home Practice: Bless Your Home

You can easily bless your home (or any space) through your thoughts, words, and actions.

STEP ONE: Begin at your front door or the entrance to your space. As you walk in, look around and start to mindfully walk the perimeter of the room, slowly making your way through each part of your home.

STEP TWO: Gaze at your space with the feeling and the thoughts you wish to reflect onto your space – peace, comfort, safety, healing, etc. (You may choose to carry your favorite crystal or burn your favorite herb or wood as you do this.) Invite an inner feeling of Love and hold the clear intention to Bless in your heart center.

STEP THREE: Sounds are a powerful tool that create our reality. Words, songs, and incantations can be a promising way to deliver a potent Blessing. Here is an incantation I have used that is quite simple but effective: “Bless this house. Bless this home. Heal this house. Heal this home. Love this house. Love this home.” You may repeat this as many times as you feel called as you walk around each room, being sure to walk the edges and corners. You may also replace the words house/home with space/place or any other word(s) that feels right. It may feel right for you to touch certain objects in your space, or move your hands in an organic magical way as you repeat the incantation. I would recommend repeating the incantation at least 3 times all the way through out loud with conviction, certainty, and feeling.

STEP FOUR: Once you have made it through the entire space, return to the center of the space or to the center of your home. Close your eyes and breathe for several moments into this Blessing that you have bestowed into your space. Thank yourself, and notice what you feel. Record any experience or reaction as you feel called to.

Always Love,

XOXO
